Before & After

# Transform Your Closet Today

Before & After Projects

Our Before & After gallery demonstrates the impact of well‑planned storage. Each project begins with a real challenge—limited space, poor layout, or lack of organization—and ends with a custom solution that brings clarity, efficiency, and long‑lasting value. These transformations show how intentional design can elevate even the most everyday spaces.

Before

Kitchenette - Before

We were asked to design and install a custom kitchenette, and we wanted to show the transformation this project took- open framing, fresh insulation, and the first runs of electrical work in place. The floor was still protected for job‑site use, very much in that rough, in‑progress stage.

At this point, it was simply the shell of what would become a small kitchenette.

Kitchenette - After

The finished kitchenette shows how the space came together into something warm, functional, and inviting. The custom cabinetry, black countertop, efficient layout with the sink, coffee setup, and open shelving make the area feel genuinely usable day‑to‑day. With the wood tones, paneled ceiling, and cozy rug, the room now feels complete.

No longer a construction zone, but a polished little kitchenette that fits the home perfectly.

Angled Ceiling - Before

This walk‑in closet is shown in its inefficient state before we transformed the space, with angled ceilings, wire shelving, and a mix of stored items filling the space. The sloped roofline creates some tricky areas, and the layout feels more like general storage than a true closet you can comfortably use every day.

Angled Ceiling - After

The angled‑ceiling walk‑in was transformed into a bright, organized, and genuinely functional space. Custom shelving and hanging sections now run cleanly along both sides, making the most of every slope and corner. The built‑ins give the room a finished, intentional feel, turning what was once an awkward attic closet into a comfortable, easy‑to‑use storage area that feels open and thoughtfully designed.

Walk-In Closet - Before

This walk‑in closet is shown before we upgraded their system to a more efficient and sleeker system—packed with clothing, and shelves doing their best to keep up, and a small desk area tucked in among it all. It’s a space that clearly works hard but doesn’t quite have the structure or flow to make daily use feel easy.

The mix of hanging items, stacked pieces, and office essentials shows how much the room needed a more intentional layout to feel organized, calm, and genuinely functional.

Walk-In Closet - After

The walk‑in has been transformed into a warm, organized, and truly functional space. The new light‑wood shelving and drawers create a clean, cohesive look, while the hanging sections and open shelves give every item a clear place to live.

With the updated layout and thoughtful storage, the closet now feels calm, intentional, and easy to use every day.

Custom Angled Ceiling - Before

The angled ceiling made this small closet feel tight and hard to use, with hanging clothes crowding the space and no real structure to keep things organized.

The sloped wall created an awkward pocket that collected items rather than supporting them, leaving the area feeling cramped, cluttered, and far from its full potential.

Custom Angled Ceiling - After

The finished closet makes full use of the tricky angled nook, turning what was once an awkward, hard‑to‑reach corner into clean, functional storage. Custom shelving and hanging sections are shaped to follow the slope, creating a layout that feels intentional instead of constrained.

With everything built to fit the geometry of the room, the space now feels open, efficient, and genuinely easy to use.

Custom Fir Walk-In - Before

For this walk-in two smaller closets were opened up and combined, this image shows the exposed framing, uneven ceiling lines, and mismatched heights where the original rooms met, the layout felt disjointed and full of odd angles.

The space was very much in that raw, in‑progress stage where the potential was there—but the final shape of the new, larger walk‑in had yet to emerge.

Custom Fir Walk-In - After

The newly combined space was transformed into a fully custom Douglas fir walk‑in closet—warm, cohesive, and beautifully finished. The natural wood grain elevates the space, with built‑in shelving, drawers, and hanging sections make every inch feel intentional and easy to use.

Clean lines, custom trim, and a full‑length mirror complete the space, turning what began as two small, uneven closets into a spacious, unified, and truly custom retreat.

Mudroom - Before

This mudroom started as an underutilized entry space with little structure and no real storage. Boots, coats, and everyday items had nowhere to land, and the room felt more like a pass‑through than a functional part of the home.

The space needed a benchtop and hanging space for a nice entryway stop, and we sought to provide that.

Mudroom - After

The mudroom now feels fully finished and useful, with custom cabinetry, a warm wood bench, and clean black hardware giving the space both structure and style.

The hooks, drawers, and upper storage create a clear landing zone for daily items, turning what was once a simple entry point into an organized, welcoming drop‑zone that fits seamlessly into the home.
